Springhill Suites Durango

Nice room and breakfast, but very noisy due to doors slamming.

I stayed 1 night and would return there when visiting United States of America. The breakfast was great, I liked good choice of food they served. The staff were especially helpful and professional;))

The hotel offered a lovely stay with a convenient location near the river and a clean room. The noise from the adjoining door was bothersome, and the bathroom could use more hooks. Breakfast was enjoyable, but there were hiccups with service as no one cleaned the room when requested.

Clean and spacious rooms with helpful staff. The $55 pet fee felt excessive. We loved the bike rentals available nearby.

The heated pool was perfect, and we appreciated the cozy jacuzzi too. Just wish the trundle bed was a bit more comfortable, but honestly, it didn't ruin our stay 😊

The view was wonderful, though the bathroom door let in some light. Dining options were enjoyable, with excellent local cuisine nearby. Remember to ask for a room away from the exit area to avoid smoke smells.

Comfortable suite, excellent breakfast, with a great variety of choices daily that really elevated our stay each morning, and we loved that the location was nice by the La Plata River trail where we enjoyed walks every day.

This hotel provided a fantastic base for exploring the Durango area, conveniently located near the river trail for walking and biking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the variety of options at breakfast, and having an indoor pool was a nice bonus. The layout of the room could be improved for better functionality.

The beds felt too hard for comfort and could really use some mattress toppers. The bathroom design leaves something to be desired. The bright lights directly shining onto the beds at night can wake everyone up, indicating a poor choice of door tints. The room's darkness, even with all lights on, made it a bit dreary, and a faulty restroom fan meant air circulation was lacking.

The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with 2 queen beds. Its location in Durango was decent, near to all the restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and a river walk.
